FAQ
Do these fit the FIAT/Abarth 124 Spider?
Yes they do! Or at least, I have had 2 people off Reddit with an Abarth test fit them and confirmed they fit for them. Our interiors are the same, there's frankly no reason it shouldn't fit
Why are the prices so high? Isn't this just 3D printed plastic?
Well the main reason is this is not PLA, which is pretty cheap and what most people think when they hear 3D printing. This is made from BambuLabs PETG-CF (CF standing for Carbon Fiber, which is just strands of carbon fiber added for a tad bit more strength and heat resistance). It is more expensive than PLA, and these prints are larger than what most printers are printing off. These prints are also extremely time consuming, 9 hours for a single piece! It took me a week to create the store with 11 total pieces! But the most important reason is, I do not want this to be my job! I only have 1 printer, I cannot churn out a bunch of these. Hopefully, the price is set as a "deterrent" to help keep it so I don't lose inventory so quickly. It is hard to replenish with only a single printer.
Hey, I have a 3D printer! Could I have the files and make this myself?
Of course! I upload everything I create under Public Domain on MakerWorld. You can do whatever you want with this. Hell, you can create a competing store with me using my own files if you want. In fact, I hope someone will!
You can find my MakerWorld MX-5 collection here:

Please just give me a boost or a like or download if you like it!
I know a bit about 3D printing, what kind of post processing are you doing?
I don't sand the part or anything, because the PETG-CF finish is just so good looking I don't think it should be touched. The bottom of the pieces are where the supports are going, and that's the "roughest" looking part of the piece, but the supports are a necessity somewhere, and it's better for it to be on the side that isn't visible when in use.
Hey I bought a print and the bottom of it looks like it's messed up. Is this right?
So in 3D printing these parts, I have to have what is known as "support material" somewhere touching these parts. It is necessary for the print to have this support material. This material ends up touching the part, and leaves behind artifacts that you can observe. I choose to have the support material where it cannot be seen when inside the car, on the very bottom. This does not affect the print at all, as I have thick walls on the print, it's just ugly unfortunately! Please do not take it upon yourself to sand it unless you know what you're doing with PETG-CF
Where are these made?
I make them, by myself on a single printer, in the Kentucky. I currently use PETG-CF (Carbon Fiber) to create them. I am debating using ASA in the future, but I have never printed with ASA or ABS before and I am worried about the part size and the parts warping. I think it would make it much more expensive due to factoring in failed prints (which almost never happen with PETG-CF).
Do you ship outside of the US?
No. I'm sorry. I don't know how. I don't know how to figure out tariffs or anything and doing this alone is hard enough for me. However, the files are available for free, I would advise you to ask someone local in your area who is capable of printing ASA, ABS, or PETG-CF to print it.
